I am the first person who will tell you that Dr. Payne is a great diagnositician. I along with my husband were two of his first patients in 2002. As his practice expanded by concierge medicine, the facade start cracking. Why, I don't know but he became less than he was. His concierge medicine included in hospital service. Dr. Payne and his staff offer excellent medical care in a caring, welcoming and efficient atmosphere. I have been a patient of Dr. Payne's many years and highly recommend him to anyone seeking high quality, knowledgeable medical care.
Dr. Payne literally saved my life. He diagnosed me with a rare form of orthostatic hypertension upon standing and very high hypertension upon lying. I thought I was going crazy from all the dizziness and fainting. Every doctor I had seen prior told me I just have to live it.
