We really enjoyed our first visit with Dr Garcia. He took his time to explain every question into detail. He was very polite and clear about upcoming recommendations prior to my delivery. The staff was also great. Very friendly and made us feel welcomed.
Staff is very personable, the office respects your privacy and Dr Villareal never rushes through my appointments, he patiently answers all my questions . I always feel well taken care of by Dr Villareal and his staff.
By far the worst front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. Not only are they incompetent at their job they are flat out lazy. I was waiting for my appointment and the phone was ringing the girl at the front desk picked it up put them on hold then was sitting on her cell phone. The women who had called to let them know she was running late looking for parking, walked in as she was on hold with them and the girl was literally on her phone! I’ve never disliked a doctors office. & you couldn’t pay me to return here!
Dr. Rivera y todo su equipo de trabajo muy amables, me gusta que no espero tanto tiempo sentada en la sala de espera esperando mi turno. El Doc es bastante eficaz en su trabajo, es claro y directo. Estoy muy satisfecha y me siento en buenas manos.
