I have been a patient with this group for many years now and I have never put in a review but this past July 5 they gave me an appointment and I went and then there’s a note on the door saying they’ll be closed July 4 and fifth, they’ll be open the following Monday. I have a lot of problems getting transportation because I am paralyzed so I need to get special transportation. So in doing that, it was a waste of time for me and transportation. No one bothered to call. Send an email or send something by mail not good.
Service is horrible. The Support staff is not very helpful. The Doctor has a revolving door scheme for seeing patients. You're in and out with a fast diagnosis which is not a good thing!
Dr. Batista was a very nice man. The appointment process is a hassle due to waiting on hold for awhile and no one bothering to return any of my messages. Got a hold of the receptionist at the George Dieter location and when I finally got an appointment for my procedure, I went in and was told my procedure date was not scheduled. Ridiculous appointment and calling services to say the least.
Today, I had an appointment with Dr. Salayandia and turns out that his office moved to a New Location. The lobby area is really spacious, plenty of sitting, and a large TV for one's enjoyment while waiting to be seen by your doctor. Parking is tight, since there are plenty of other businesses in the area. Overall, my appt. lasted (1) hour, and left Satisfied for only seeing him twice a year!
