What a horrible experience with the people that work in the front in the suite 215, so unprofessional and don't care about their patients, the people in the back are so nice and attentive but not the front desk, this is the second time they don't treat me right,
Friendly staff and I didn’t have to wait that long before I was seen by my cardiologist. My cardiologist is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend this clinic!
Dr. Cao is kind, funny and compassionate. He definitely makes you feel at ease. ( They say laughter is the best medicine! ) He did a thorough comprehensive evaluation/exam and tests to help diagnose my problem. The meeting couldn't have been better. Dr. Cao asked me questions my other specialty doctors never asked!! Which makes a lot of sense when trying to diagnose someone! He engaged in detail about my questions. Dr. CAO has been my cardiologist for a year now and has preformed several profession me. I am thankful to have such a skilled doctor who has my best interest at heart. No pun intended. The staff is amazing and always get me what I need with results the same day. That’s the best part, the support Dr Cao has is a reflection of his own care and concern for his patients. I highly recommend the El Paso Heart Center. He is truly a life saver!
