The phone line for apointments really sucks. They leave you on hold for quite a long time and when they answer you after 15 minutes they just say Center of the heart please hold and they right away put you on hold again they don't even let you talk. Very bad customer service
Been on the phone trying to get through to anyone. No luck at all. The Doctors discharged me from a procedure with no pain medication. After they acknowledged the mistake they sent me new medications and when I went to pick them up at pharmacy it was the wrong one. I had appointment today and they cancelled without letting me know. Still no answer. Still in pain. I am a registered CMA and Phlebotomist. I gave them the benefit of doubt at least three times but now I have to speak up. Nobody answer the phone. You hear only music and a machine voice. Also, their mailbox cannot accept messages because it is full!!!!!!!!
