After a couple of very unpleasant experiences with other ENTs in town, I was starting to wonder if I should just pay out of pocket in Juarez. Then, I got an appointment with Dr. Westbrook. He is efficient while also caring, carefully explaining what was going on with my health and my treatment options. His staff is friendly and professional, and his practice is spotless and clearly state of the art. I’m so happy we have an ENT like him in El Paso!
Now I get it! I had sinus issues for a long time, and like a typical guy I did not go to the doctor. I finally went. The first ENT doctor was bit pushy and not calming (said I needed extensive surgery - kept wanting tests - not calming). Dr. Lally was not that way at all. Very calming, very easy going, was willing to talk. Offered drug therapy first to see if polyps would shrink (I understand that the drugs often shrink them). If not, then we can look at surgery. Dr. Westbrook and staff are on par with much larger institutions that one could only find in Dallas or Houston. His staff is highly motivated and skilled, he uses state of the art diagnostic equipment and his former patients have highly reccomended him, and as a former patient myself so do I!
