I am 6 DAYS POST-OP so this review is based on my experience from initial appointment, pre-op, surgery, and post op with Dr. Westbrook. If you are like me and have been experiencing facial pain, zero breathability, and basically very poor sleep and quality of life for YEARS, you have found the right person. First time there was great the staff is great. They treat you with respect they don’t give you attitude Real friendly they take you in the back. Do what they need to do straightforward with you. This is better than the place that I went to before. Hell a lot better.
Everything went well, about quite a while coming to these appointments was scheduled for surgery at Paso Del Norte because this is what they use Paso Del Norte everything went down as agreed so two days before surgery the Paso Del Norte called I needed 7,500 dollars upfront like nothing no time for planning on getting the money and I was forced to miss my surgery, I hate the fact El Paso Head and Neck never gave me a heads up about this at all very disappointed I lost a lot of time and money , I’ll be looking forward for Tex... read more
