What a shame, I have severe issues with my stomach and after waiting months, I’m Dec I finally got an endoscopy done, since Dec not one person has reached out. I have dialed the phone number 915-532-1620 over a hundred times and no answer I had to physically go into the office and they could care less. I would NOT RECOMMEND.
I have been calling their office for the past two weeks and have left messages to return my call. They have not called me back, my son has also been trying, and no call back. This is a medical facility and it's important to return your patients calls, you're supposed to be taking care of them, they trust you with their health. I'm a nurse and would never treat one of my patients this way.
