Unfriendly receptionist didn't understand the scope of my emergency ,tried to give me appointment months from now
Super efficient! Went in for a first time appointment with my fiancé yesterday and it was a great experience. A couple of people I want to shout out was the medical assistant with the multicolored short hair was super sweet, asked a lot of questions and was very thorough! Also, the lady who does the allergy shots in the allergy waiting rooms office gave us a couple great options that we could chose from considering our insurance. She wasn't pushy and made the rest of the experience stress free!
I almost got swayed by the negative reviews, glad I didn’t. I will concede that Dr. Nañez is a man of few words, but when someone has been around as long as he has, they’ve virtually seen it all and you have to trust their experience. I have never waited more than a few minutes in their office and Dr. Nañez knew what was wrong with me instantly. I went in to see Dr. Nunez today for reoccurring ear infections, and what felt like a swollen tonsil/ lump in my throat. He was in the room for a total of 2 minutes or less, never even closed the door to the room, and then didn't even look into my ear. He said it must be acid reflux, and then said he's see me in 2 months after I've taken a medication which he gave zero information on.
