I almost got swayed by the negative reviews, glad I didn’t. I will concede that Dr. Nañez is a man of few words, but when someone has been around as long as he has, they’ve virtually seen it all and you have to trust their experience. I have never waited more than a few minutes in their office and Dr. Nañez knew what was wrong with me instantly. I went in to see Dr. Nunez today for reoccurring ear infections, and what felt like a swollen tonsil/ lump in my throat. He was in the room for a total of 2 minutes or less, never even closed the door to the room, and then didn't even look into my ear. He said it must be acid reflux, and then said he's see me in 2 months after I've taken a medication which he gave zero information on. Worst experience ever
Got hung up on after being told I had to go in person to set up an appt for a surgery. I'm a truck driver, I do not have time to waste just to be told you will not accept my OPEN network insurance. Yes I had to call back to finish answering my questions
Had incident with Dr. Gomez. I do not recommend this doctor, he was rude and obnoxious. Will not go to EPENT again.
