Highly recommend this emergency room! From the moment we walked in, the receptionist was friendly and thoroughly explained the process, including the billing process. There was no wait time! Dr Saldivar and all the medical staff were professional, caring and compassionate. They were patient when caring for my son, explained everything in detailed and provided written and verbal information upon discharge. My wife had been sick for over a week and we hated going to the hospital. We visited this ER and couldn’t have been happier. All of the staff were courteous and kind, the medical staff was very thorough in their assessment. All the services were quick and the facility was clean. Thank you Dr. Lopez and Nurse Lisa!
