They have issues with their website and the app. I have made a payment. It cleared out of my bank account and now they're trying to charge me again and say they never got it! I can't be the only one that this happened to. Now they're trying to get a double payment for me even though my bank Agent confirms the payment went through and was not returned because I have a checking account that I use for bill paying only. Lived here 2 years. More power outages than ive had in my 33 years on this earth combined. Dont you just love some good old capitalism, charge me a ton of money FOR TRASH SERVICE! LOVE THAT I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION.
