My service got canceled today for an outstanding amount I know this isn't ideal. I called the customer service line at 2:12pm was left on hold till 4:06pm then the line abruptly hung up before I was able to speak to anyone about the concerns I had on reconnection fees since what is stated on their website is that they cause damage to disconnect service and charge us the consumer an additional fee and deposit to reconnect. I have no idea what El paso Electric is doing their service is horrible and dismissive being the company... read more
