Ever since COVID hit El Paso Electric has become the worst company I have had the misfortune of dealing with. They have the most untrained, unhelpful, and uncaring employees and management. Simply stated, they have no common sense. Additional, there technology and automated call center is worse than speaking to a live person. This is disturbing because, finally, after speaking to a live person, I did not believe it could get any worse. Sadly, it did.
