I miss AEP and Buckeye electric. The monopoly of electricity is ridiculous in this city. Nothing like paying to stay connected, when the home owners solar panels do all the work and feed the city. They should be paying me!!! And there customer service is terrible, missing payments, no communications of issues with accounts, and when you move they never take care of their end, so, you always see a bill. I miss the east coast!
People here are incompetent. I set up my account but did not receive a bill in the mail, only to find out that my first bill is now past due. Even though I set up auto pay. They misspelled my name, which is probably the reason for their lack of communication. This company, just like the water company, is a joke!
Smart meters were put to control us. Now they want to charge a monthly fee to not use it
App has not been working for a month to pay the bill. When I try to call, I can never get a hold a a damn worker. Always a automated menu and never get to where I need for help. Worst place ever.
