Terrible service, give grief upon my grief of my father's death. Have to provide papers and first born to have information. Need alternatives to this monopoly.
Too many "bilingual" employees aren't truly bilingual. They don't properly understand English and the language barrier is ridiculous.
Hate this electric company!! Their budget savings is horrible. Never let them convince you into getting into the budget savings! They say you’re saving all this money but then charge you the remaining amount of the money they took off for you to “save”. Had $90 electric bills at my apartment thinking the budget savings were the best thing ever. When I disconnected my service I owed almost $400.
Absolutely terrible! Phone service is a joke, trying to get help is a joke, overall terrible service!
