Bunch of lazy people doesn't even know how to do things right
Horrible sevice and way over priced lazy technions and sitting in the dark while all they offer is recordings it is lirtaly a switch on top of my pole the have to reset but they were to lazy to do it lame excuses and hour's later no power and false promises
This can’t be legal how much you guys charge
I have been trying to get ahold of the new service department for 2 weeks to transfer my service to my new construction address. I left multiple voicemails and have been calling for 2 weeks and sent emails and they NEVER got back to me so I’m in my house without the electricity being transferred. At A loss for words on what to even do at this point since they don’t contact me and return my calls.
