I called to get an annual statement of usage and they charge $75?!?!?! And it was not mentioned the first time I called customer service? Their communication sucks, they don't help and they go against agreements to screw you over .
Service was suspended. Payment was made. The service person I spoke to said we'd have our electricity on within 30 minutes to an hour. That was 10 hours ago. There isn't even an emergency number you can call to inquire about an issue. You get the run around from the automated system Our refrigerator is quickly defrosting and you know El Paso is hot. Terrible service, give grief upon my grief of my father's death. Have to provide papers and first born to have information. Need alternatives to this monopoly.
Too many "bilingual" employees aren't truly bilingual. They don't properly understand English and the language barrier is ridiculous.
