Hate this electric company!! Their budget savings is horrible. Never let them convince you into getting into the budget savings! They say you’re saving all this money but then charge you the remaining amount of the money they took off for you to “save”. Had $90 electric bills at my apartment thinking the budget savings were the best thing ever. When I disconnected my service I owed almost $400.
Absolutely terrible! Phone service is a joke, trying to get help is a joke, overall terrible service!
They have issues with their website and the app. I have made a payment. It cleared out of my bank account and now they're trying to charge me again and say they never got it! I can't be the only one that this happened to. Now they're trying to get a double payment for me even though my bank Agent confirms the payment went through and was not returned because I have a checking account that I use for bill paying only.
