Smart meters were put to control us. Now they want to charge a monthly fee to not use it
App has not been working for a month to pay the bill. When I try to call, I can never get a hold a a damn worker. Always a automated menu and never get to where I need for help. Worst place ever.
Terrible service. App and Auto-pay don't work as expected and I had to pay additional fees a few times. Hate to use their energy.
Too bad they are the only service provider in town. Wish I could go to another provider. Worse custom service
