My daughter is seriously ill with throat, headaches and other problems. She visited this so-called dr today and was very upset with the rudeness and unprofessionalism that he showed. He is uncaring and was dismissive of her symptoms. The consultation was less than 5 minutes! What a disgrace for a dr! He should be reported because patients are wasting their money on him. He is 1,000% NOT RECOMMENDED! If there was a place for a zero star that’s what I would rate him.
Very friendly staff, as well as doctor Nanez. He took his time to explain the issue and answer our questions.
Cero recomendado. Me vio en dos ocasiones siempre muy apurado, si estuvo dos minutos fue mucho. Aparte muy irrespetuoso, le decía que me explicara y se molestaba.
I wanted to leave my review, to hopefully help anyone who might see all the bad ones and be skeptical- because I too was concerned when I first booked my appointment. For my situation, this clinic worked out wonderfully. My son was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea. They recommended getting his tonsils removed but warned me it could take months to get in to see an ENT, and longer to get scheduled for surgery. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Dr. Nanez is a disgrace to the medical community. He showed no compassion or care, barely even entering the room. His solution for the issue was "learn to live with it". No kindness, no help. He is a joke. Do not waste your time.
