If you make an appointment, the wait time is usually very minimal. Also, Dr. Nañez is very friendly, personable and fixes you up in no time, (very efficient as well). I've gone at least once a year for quite a few years now, I trust his expertise, and am I'm glad I found his practice.
Very rude was with a Doctor that moved his practice there a few years ago and they do not take Humana HMO
If I could give less than one star I would. Dr Gary Nanez did not take me seriously- made a very inappropriate comment, misdiagnosed me and sent me on my way- I am now dealing with a severe case of tonsillitis that may require an emergency tonsillectomy- I have never been so mistreated by a professional. This Dr does not have any empathy for his patients.
