Zero a stars if I could. They tell everyone the exact same thing. “You have allergies” They stick a small tool up your nose which if you’re paying out of pocket is another $150 because they used a tool on you and in total I paid $300 to be told I just have allergies without even asking about my symptoms or concerns. I was very confused I was only with the doctor for 5 minutes and I left the office feeling completely robbed. Patrick Gomez was rude, snappy, dismissive, and unprofessional. He has no clue what he is doing but he is quick to say that he has been an ENT for 40 years. After waiting for 2.5 hours we were called in. He spoke directly to my minor daughter and refused to unknowledge me or any of my concerns. He said that there is nothing wrong but then said that she needed to return in a month. Where is the logic? If there is nothing wrong, why do we need to return? This place has terrible reviews and now I know why. I was referred here because my insurance contracts with them. I came here 6 weeks ago and the doctor and nurse told me I was good to go and they found nothing wrong, which is great. On my way out I asked the doctor was he sure I needed no other tests, I then also asked the front desk, they both said nothing and that I was good to go.
