Horrible service. Made an appointment and they never made me aware that their location had changed. They wanted me to pay $30 to reschedule. Don’t waste your time with this doctor. Now I understand the many bad reviews.
My husband was referred by our primary care Dr. He had a severe ear infection and was bleeding from both ears. All this Dr did was tell him to continue using the ear drops our primary Dr prescribed. We have been back and forth with the Dr's office trying to get some papers filled out for our medical insurance but they told us it would take 2-3 weeks to get those documents filled out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE OR INSURANCE!! Horrible customer service, my wife had an appointment at 11 a.m. today June 7th, 2022 and we were under the impression that the location was still the same and we were NOT ADVISED that they had moved to the Bassett location. We live in Clint, TX so she still drove an hour earlier to get there on time and the building was closed. Es un buen lugar, nos trataron super bien, el doctor muy paciente y demasiado claro. La chica del front desk muy amable y la persona de la información de aseguranza nos atendió y nos dió datos muy claros de como utilizar nuestro seguro y cuanto era el aproximado. Los recomiendo ampliamente, salimos muy satisfechos. El precio de la consulta fue de 150 dlls lo cual me pareció justo por el buen trato y tiempo que se dió el personal, el doctor y su asistente para ayudarnos.
