We scheduled my daughters appointment over a month ago, and were never told that we needed to have papers showing week tested positive or negative for Covid-19. When we got to her appointment they turned us away at the door because we had been in contact with my wife’s friend who had tested positive for COVID-19, and my daughter and I didn’t have any paperwork saying that we tested negative. Clearly the staff is incompetent to tell people what they need when they show up. If I had known a month ago we could’ve gotten paperwo... read more
