Susie (Suzie?) was great to deal with over the phone and the technician, Augie, was absolutely fantastic!! Quickly diagnosed the issue, called the boss and got a quote, 90 minutes later, done! Works great and the door is quiet as well, couldn't be happier!! I have had numerous garage door repair companies stop by and each time they either didn't know how to fix the problem, incorrectly diagnosed it or would do an upcharge hard sell on an expensive replacement. Got into a jam. Called. Lady on the phone was very nice. She got Manny and Sal to the house within an hour. They were both kind and professional, made the repairs, reprogrammed garage opener limits/ travel and the price was extremely reasonable.

Technician Jam came to house in a timely manner. He assessed the problem in a short time , made adjustments that were needed and problem was solved. Jam is truly an asset, very professional and courteous. When the time comes, I will be calling El Paso Door Company to replace my garage door opener. I highly recommend El Paso Door Company.
