Wonderful staff. The insurance lady helped me all the way with my insurance problems. She did not stop until the problem was resolved. Lorraine, the laser tech always has a smile on her face and is very professional. This is the only place where they decided to do a biopsy to find out what was really my skin problem. I really recommend them.
Kassandra Angeles is very nice person and she’s give a perfect customer service ☝️🩷🩷
We have yet to see Dr. Simpson only her assistant. This is our 3rd visit too. Each time we are billed a different amount for same services and Procedure. When we ask for an itemized statement, they can’t provide till 24-48 hours after the appointment. So how do they know what they’re charging if they can’t provide a breakdown or give an amount of what the procedure is? Not friendly either.
The doctor is great but the office manager or insurance clerk was very unfriendly. She practically scolded me because I had a different insurance she needs to go to customer service training
