Great, clean, will be back. ALL staff was very friendly. You don’t find that often :)
I came to Dr. Banker in severe pain from a root canal, and she immediately put me on the right medication and made sure I was in the best hands with an endodontist. When I initially visited her office, she and her staff took such amazing care of me, even offering a blanket while I sat in pain. I went back a 2nd time so the work could be completed by Dr. Banker. Their compassion and empathy truly stood out, and I left feeling cared for and relieved. I highly recommend Dr. Banker and her wonderful team!
My appointment today was great, starting at check-in, Amy greeted me with a smile, then Caro, the dental assistant , updated my X-rays, she was proficient and fast, I have sensitive teeth and Maria , my dental hygienist applied topical anesthetic to make sure I was comfortable. She spent extra time in the areas that were a concern for me. Dr Banker was great as always! She performed an oral cancer exam , checked my teeth and X-rays , said everything looked great. I love my dental team !
Dr. Banker is a great dentist but her office staff is not. I had a late afternoon appointment. I confirmed attendance through text. They called seeing if I wanted to take an earlier slot and I said no. When I showed up at my scheduled time the my said I missed my appointment and charged me 38.00. They said they changed the time on the second text they sent which I said I’d attend. Although I probably did confirm - I did so automatically having already told them I could not come in earlier. I highly recommend dentist banker,she shows interest in her patience,her office staff are so awsome,each and every one of the girls there are so wonderful if there was a higher number than 10, they deserve it ! 100% satisfied ! Dentist banker makes sure you are well taken care of!❤️
