Centurylink is and always has been garbage. They don't care that their internet is trash in my area and don't plan on doing anything about it. I'M PRAYING FOR COMCAST TO GET OUT HERE. #Centurylink, #Comcast

When you have a phone outage, there is no one to talk to, you only get a voicemail message. The menu for technical support does not apply to an outage, so you have no way to report it. In a rural area, it is difficult to be without a land line because cell service is very poor. Bad customer service.

Extremely bad service since Centurylink took over El Paso Tel I have tried for a year or so to get a landline connected to my house and they keep telling me they dont service my area when the house 1000ft away has their service

Lousy company, and forget about getting any help here. They'll "pass the buck" and give you an 800 number to call, so that you can call them and continue to get no help. The 800 number employees tend to be very rude as well.

Ordered service a week ago. Century link bought out elpaso tel com and lost my work order. Now they want to do another credit check because i am not in the system. Not happening
