They said shutters would be deliver in 3 weeks took 6 1/2 weeks we had to keep calling to see what was going on with our order . Now the remote does not work with electric blinds we were told they would call us back and never did . Will not use this CO again .

As a 2nd time home buyer we told ourselves we would invest in shutters for the overall quality of looks and the value it brings to a home. And we were so glad we went with Mr. Ramon in doing so.there was a hiccup with the timeframe due to a paint issue, but Mr. Ramon was truly apologetic and concerned about how we as customers did not want to experience a bad transaction with his business. Ramon was extremely efficient and timely in service. The blinds look amazing. Price is right, quality is 100% as is customer service. Highly recommend
If I could give them zero stars I would! I should have listened to word of mouth and the reviews. This has been nothing but a headache! First of all the work was not completed without me having to call and call and call. Then the product was torn and dented. So I had to wait again for them to change it. After calling and asking Amelia to have the owner Ramon come to see the work. Never happened. Then months later I got a charge on my card that was never authorized.
