MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA muy prepotentes las 3 señoras que trabajan ahi. Se nota que te atienden porque en eso trabajan pero muy prepotentes y ayudan de mala manera. Asta contestan feo cuando pides ayuda se nota que no quieren ayudar. ME QUERIAN COBRAR $415 por el titulo solo para cambiar el apeido de soltera a casada y me estaban cobrando demasiado. Very bad service!!!! Horizon location very rude lady. I guess they act that way because they know we have to use them anyways.
They don't answer the phone and their voicemail hasn't been set up
