I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from the lady at your establishment. Her demeanor was unprofessional, and she failed to deescalate the situation or provide any assistance. To make matters worse, she wiped her nose on my papers. I strongly suggest providing customer care training to your staff, as this location is convenient for many people.
Believe me when I tell you to avoid this place. Save yourself the anger and aggravation. The people that work here are the worst of the worst. The most unfriendly and unprofessional people you will ever meet. The convenience if you live in Horizon City is not worth it plus they charge more for services since it's privately owned.
