Had to renew my vehicle registration on a Monday. Walked right in and straight to a window. The lady at window was very professional, knew her stuff and had us out of there fast. I've never experienced that great of customer service in this type of service in my 35 plus years of driving. Would highly recommend.
I walked in at 4:55 pm. Not a single customer was in. There was 3 ladies. “They DONT do titles after 4* M-F there’s a sign they printed up and posted on the front door, which wasn’t there 2 weeks ago. When I mentioned this the lady was telling me that rules had been as so since the beginning of the year. Moving forward I do mention to her that they are only open the hours I’m at work and it has been difficult for me to go in. She gives me no helpful information.
