Do not Buy Bella Homes In NorhEast All houses damaged do to rains in July-August 2006 I was cheated out of my contract because i complained about the home damage of the home I was to purchased.
Do not buy Segovia homes!!! Poor quality craftsmanship, poor communication and unfinished business. Ive been trying to get a window replaced, they damaged during installation, for 9 months. Ive been trying to get my cabinets replaced for the same amount of time. All of these were contingencies prior to closing, but that means nothing to them.
DO NOT BUY CAREFREE HOMES THEY ARE SO MANY DEFECTS WITH THEM AND THEIR ROCK FENCES FOR BACK YARD ARE POORLY MADE THEY WHEN YOU CALL THEM TO MAKE REPAIRS THEY HIRE CHEAP LABOR THEY DO NOT LIKE TO FIX THINGS CORRECTLY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER YOU BEEN WARNED......
DO NOT BUY A BELLA HOME IN FAR EAST EL PASO!!!This builder does not follow through with repairing!!! Our balcony was torn up b/c the builder had to go in and fix a leak in our kitchen, and they never went back to fix the balcony! To top it off, they broke the door leading to the balcony upstairs, and now they are trying to get away w/fixing what they broke. Time for us to contact the BBB.
