WASTE OF MONEY! Don't bother if you really need help! They came and charged a service fee of $50, which I was happy to pay for the help. The technician kept saying he was new and was on the phone with his boss the whole time. He charged an additional $15 for a small part needed to test the refrigerant. He then misdiagnosed it as a bad compressor and said it had to be replaced. I paid a total of $70 for them to misdiagnose it.
