I went to get a balayage a week ago. They confirmed that they could do the service that I wanted on my hair, but throughout the process they started saying that they wouldn’t be able to leave it how I wanted. Once they were done, my hair was orange and yellow which was nothing that I had asked for. I called and went back to get it “fixed”, but they over toned my hair and it was left blue. They charged me $260 when they had originally told me $225.
