Hoy exactamente hace 1 año y 1 mes que hice el trámite de mi pasaporte cubano en esta oficina y aun no me ha llegado. He venido como 3 veces y siempre inventan algo diferente. Su dueña Nadia no me quiere devolver mi dinero o sea q me estafó. Les recomiendo a todos los cubanos no hacer el pasaporte en esta Oficina.
Estoy muy decepcionada con mi servicio. Mandé a hacer mi pasaporte con ellos hace ya nueve meses y aún no tengo respuesta
