This live band Haitian night service was going really bad. Thank God for the floor manager Adaalberto who turned the whole experience around. He made sure we were happy substituting all mistakes, personally checking in and bringing a smile back to our faces. It is devoted workers like that restaurants should have. We are leaving satisfied because he took his job seriously. Thank you Alberto 😊
I've known the owner for a few years now. The moment I found out that he had a restaurant, I had to support it. Here's the deal, I'm not being biased. El Palma Tavern is definitely a nice spot to hang out, whether it's with your spouse, friends, or family. The environment is inviting. I had a great experience and I'm looking forward to coming back soon. Top notch service from the staffs.
