I have been there before the first time it was okay she helped well so I chose to go back but with 2 different people one on the phone and the other one taking care of client. Customer service should be a priority as I come in I come in with a greet and they look at me well the lady instead of greeting me just looks at me with a frown and the other guy keeps being on the phone now that was berry uncomfortable and felt not welcome .
No les recomiendo este lugar son unos destafadores fui hacer mis taxas de dos años y me cobraron más de 1000 dólares y no me solventaron nada y cada ves que me mandaban una carta por correo para el IRS me cobraban 50 dólares aparte de los 1000 dólares que pagué y nunca me resolvieron nada son unas personas irresponsables les rescomiendo que no vayan a este lugar seban a llevar una mala experiencia
No les recomiendo este lugar a mi hermano lo estafaron diciendo que le Iván a sacar el itin y cada ves que IVA le sacaba dinero y nunca le salió
Muy buen servicio! Les llame para ver si aún estaban atendiendo a clientes ya que era tarde y para cuando llegara nomás tendría aproximadamente media hora para cerrar. Me dijeron que si me atenderían. Encontré el local fácilmente. Me traje a mi hijo de 8 años y se quedó dormido en el sillón súper cómodo mientras me atendían. Súper amables y profesionales. Definitivamente los recomiendo!!!
Excelente servicio y el cafecito está bien rico y asta lonchera me dieron gracias y espero ganar la rifa
