Wonderful food and very nice staff. Will be back! Everything was delicious. Looks a bit sketchy from the outside but if you go inside you won’t be disappointed.
I don't usually like to leave reviews, but I think this occasion warrants it. I really like this place for its delicious popusas. The food is delicious, but the service of the 2 waitresses leaves a lot to be desired! They are very rude, not at all attentive, and they do not arrive at the table with a friendly attitude or a smile! Plus, the order took more than 40 minutes to be ready!! Excellent pupusas and breakfast!
We waited for over an hour to receive our order. I could end the review here, but more needs to be said. The pupusas we ordered were average at best. It seems like this restaurant used mozzarella, which is one of the least flavourful cheeses on the planet. I feel like el Salvador must have other more flavorful cheeses? When we've cooked an authentic form of this dish at home it comes with some sort of slaw that lightens and uplifts the heavy flavours of the cheese and corn meal.
