After 2 days with the masking tape on my windshield I took it off only to find they didn't properly seal the window. The gap was so big I could fit a key through it. So I went back thinking they would apologize and make it right. Was I surprised when they did not want to stand behind their work refusing to fix it unless I paid them again.
