This place deserves 7 stars. We just finished our one way 3-week cross country Canada trip. Picked up our RV at this location and dropped off in Seattle. Starting from booking till the drop-off we had excellent experience with El Monte. Sabina and Dominic at this location were very professional, patient, friendly, and helpful. They accommodated us with the RV of our needs. Look no further.
This was our first time driving and renting an RV, and we were lucky to get an upgraded, brand-new Class C model. The staff at this location were incredibly kind and helpful. They took the time to explain everything in great detail, walked me through the entire RV, and patiently answered all of my questions and concerns.
