Great company! We have been using them for over 20 years. Cristal, Jonathan,and Desiree are a pleasure to work with. Definitely like this rental company. Would recommend.
The customer service is sub par. Steve is not willing to wait 1 minute past closing even for customers that are coming from out of state to pick up their RV. This happened to me over labor day weekend, when my Southwest flight was delayed for 2 straight days out of Burbank. On both days Steve wasn't willing to wait, and I got dinged with a fee for cancelling the trip.
I have been trailer camping for over 15 years and decided to try out an RV. The RV we rented from El Monte RV in short ruined our trip and confirmed why I will never rent from El Monte and never own a RV. When we showed up to rent the RV, I should have started to question the "New" 2021 RV when they could not get the fridge to cool and told me it takes 4 to 6 hours before you will notice it.
