We decided to rent one-way RV trip to help move my elderly parents and kitty from CA to WA. We couldn’t imagine standing hours in TSA lines as the Government shutdown was still going on. This was a great roadtrip, comfortable and a beautiful scenic roadtrip for the entire family. I want to give a huge kudos to all the staff from booking, picking up to dropping off. Everyone was helpful and professional. I will definitely rent from El Monte RV in future and will refer friends and family. Thank you!
From the minute I got to our camp site in this RV, it was a complete nightmare. The bathroom sink and toilet were leaking, the slide-out didn’t work until a tech had to show up, the fridge wasn’t cooling, and the window handles were literally falling off. Day two, I wasted over seven hours driving to El Monte for repairs — ruining my family’s plans for the second time. Day three, we came back to no power at all.
