Thomas was very gentle and thoughtful! The RV experience was perfect from the very first time. Evertything cleaned and new, just like in the pictures.
The service was very good; the staff were attentive and explained everything clearly. I rented a 26ft motorhome for five people, myself, my wife, and my two children and we drove approximately 2,500 miles over 10 days. However, the vehicle lacked proper care, maintenance, and cleanliness. It was unpleasant to drive: the steering wheel was loose, and the seat was very hard (I had to buy cushions at Walmart to try to ease my back pain). Slecht matrasl, was veel te dun en je lag gewoon op een plank. de extra stoelen die we gehuurd hadden daarvan was er één kapot dus slechte kwaliteitscontrole. Verder was het een prima camper

Both were quick, well organized, and the staff was professional and efficient. Fortunately, we didn’t need any assistance during our rental because everything worked perfectly.
