Great time in rv and it was very nice,clean and everything worked great. Lotts if living area room Made great memories with my boyfriend and grandson. I will do it again next summer.
Great experience with El Monte. Service manager was very friendly, helpful and explained everything in detail. Our family had a wonderful adventure with no problems.
Terrible experience - requesting refund
Loved the support when I needed. There was a valve on the right side that was closed, making the black dump got full. I was able to fix following phone instructions. RV conditions are starting to feel the age. Other friend traveling with other RV had problems with door locker, clearly forced to be open on previous rentals. Again support was very effective sending a key worker to the camping. Congrats for the efficiency of the support.
The sales staff is amazing. They were so easy to work with. Thank you
