I spoke to Justin over the phone multiple times and he was knowledgeable and kind. Then I had John at pickup and he has outstanding customer service. The 24' RV ran great for a two week trip and drop off was easy. It ran great, it was clean and it gifted us two weeks of camping memories. We plan to use them again!

I am a repeat customer having completed five relocation specials with El Monte. During my most recent trip relocating a 30-foot RV from McKinney, TX, to Commerce City, CO, this local branch refused to process my contracted $100 fuel receipt reimbursement. They incorrectly informed me I was not entitled to it, forcing me to resolve the issue through the national center. El Monte is a reliable company overall, but the administrative competence at this specific drop-off location is deficient.
Conflicting information. Leaking black tank. Screws coming loose. Double deposit hold. It was okay, but a little pricey to be just okay.
Tolle hilfsbereites Personal , rv in top Zustand. Kann ich weiterempfehlen. Im Vergleich zu der abgabestelle in las vegas. Die würde ich nicht nochmal nehmen.
