We were extremely dissatisfied with our rental experience. About halfway through our trip, the water pump broke. We contacted the support numbers that had been provided to us, but no one answered our calls. After some time, someone finally responded via email, but unfortunately that didn't help resolve the issue. As a result, we no longer had a functioning water pump, which meant we couldn't wash dishes, flush the toilet, or use the shower. Das Personal war freundlich und professionell. Die Übergabe und die Rüchgabe verliefen zügig und im gebuchten Zeitfenster. Leider entsprch das Fahrzeug nicht unseren Erwartungen. Es war zwar Baujahr 2025, hatte allerdings schon ca. 45.000 Meilen runter und war im Innenraum schon sehr abgewohnt und verschlissen. The folks at Arts RV are very courteous and helpful. They got me in and out quickly, my RV was spotless and everything worked perfectly! This is my 2nd year using them for my annual trip to the Indianapolis 500. I’ve used other companies over the previous 9 years and ElMonte/Arts is by far the best. Would love to have the same unit next year!
Does not deal with insurance companies yiu have damage they charge the customer and leave it to them to argue with insurance company and dont try to call them they have zero humans available to speak to you any other way than via chat function even with their dealers and rental facilities. 1 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
