Everything was great the only thing I didn’t like is that the miles I didn’t used they could not refund they should change that policy.
The staff at the rental location were friendly and responded quickly. The RV was ready and spotless upon arrival, with all necessary kitchen supplies provided. It would have been helpful if they also supplied a broom for daily cleaning without needing to purchase one. Our main issue was that the house batteries didn’t charge when on Shore power; without the solar panels, this could have been problematic. It was a very quick and easy check in and check out system. Customer service from Gio and Desiree was amazing. It was a very great experience and I cant wait to rent from them again. Definitely would recommend to rent from them if you get the opportunity. 10 out of 10 service.
Ride was awesome, plenty of sleeping space, we were able to bring our pets
