This is our second time using El Monte RV Redlands and we will for sure use them a third time. We rented a camper and it was clean and ran perfectly. Desire helped us out and she was great! Very attentive and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this place.
Unfortunately, my trip did not go as planned and I also contacted the "Customer Care Team" and never heard back before leaving this review. Unit (# U-245092) FR3 Class A Motorhome The RV was picked up on Thursday, April 30 at approximately 1300 hours, at your San Bernardino location. Excelent RV. Spacous clean and comfortable. Gio at the SB location was of great service when getting us going and when coming home. I had a great vacation. Thank You El Monte RV!!!!!!!!!!
Phenomenal customer service!! The 2 people that were in the San Bernardino office, off of Redlands Blvd, were absolutely spectacular! Easy platform to initially set up my RV experience. And the help those 2 provided made a first time El Monte RV customer like myself, become a lifetime member! Stellar!!
