This was our first family RV trip, and we had a great experience with El Monte RV. The RV was clean and comfortable, and everything worked well throughout our trip. Unfortunately, we hit a deer during the trip. Thankfully, no one was injured. The front bumper and headlight had some minor damage, but the RV was still safe to drive, so we were able to continue our trip as planned. We chose El Monte RV over Cruise America because of its reputation for having a newer fleet and providing a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. Our RV had a serious ventilation/HVAC problem from the beginning of the trip. Whenever the engine was under load, the airflow almost disappeared from the dashboard vents, leaving the rear of the RV hot and stuffy while the driver was left with freezing cold air blowing onto his feet. Teleurstellende ervaring met El Monte RV Met 6 personen een dure camper gehuurd, maar het voelde vanaf dag één alsof we in een gammel voertuig zaten. De bedden en matrassen waren volledig doorgezakt, de airco werkte slecht en bleef maar loeien, en de koelkast werkte helemaal niet. Uiteindelijk moest de koelkast tijdens de vakantie zelfs worden vervangen, wat ons een volledige dag heeft gekost.
