We had an issue with an RV that we rented from a DIFFERENT El Monte RV location. The roadside assistance was a joke; nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone and when we finally did get someone, she was uncaring and absolutely NO help. In fact, if we had followed the horrible advice she gave us, we would have been on the hook for a couple thousand dollars for the damage she actually TOLD us to do!
