I brought my 2007 Chevy Silverado to here 2 days ago to have a stereo installed. My truck was running perfectly when I arrived — no issues whatsoever. Their technicians worked on the vehicle and when they were installing the new one, my truck would not start and went into anti-theft/theft mode and the module got burned . They claimed it was because my stereo was "bad," but a faulty stereo does not cause a vehicle to lose its ignition or trigger its security system - improper wiring does.
