I am compelled to speak out against businesses that engage in dishonest practices. EL MONSTRUO 3FLAT FIX General Mechanic & Alignment has been accused of theft, as evidenced by my personal experience where a brand new tire was replaced with an old one after I got a flat tire. Customers beware!!! There are very dishonest people at this establishment. I purchased two new Cooper Endeavor Plus tires online, had them delivered to my home. Upon arrival, I checked my tires so I know that their were both Coopers. I took them to be mounted at EL Monstruo 3 on Boston Road. The worker stole one on My Coopers and swapped it out for an inferior tire. These workers are very dishonest. Quick and reasonable.
I asked the owner/manager for pricing on 2 tires, he told me $120. I plugged a tire which is $15. When going to pay, he told me $175. Be very careful when paying, these guys are scums and try to rob you for more money
