Toured a trailer I was told ready to rent!What a dump!This is a classic Jerry Springer Trailer Park!You had better speak Mexican if you want to live here from what I saw.The guy who showed this dump was to busy working his cell phone to really do his job!Also saw roaches.Grounds where awful and no covered parking.Right next to freeway so people can break into your car and have a fast get away!This place needs rent a bull dozer!Do not waste your time here.
As a person who has lived here for many years, I enjoy living in this park. This is a mulit-cultural mobile home park, everyone is friendly, and respects each others privacy. The management team is awesome, and the maintenence man is a very hard worker. We have lived here for going on 4 years, and love it.Our park has recently been re-paved, and the landscaping is taking an all new look.
