Had some pork birria tacos at Cooper's Landing last week, and they were delicious! Looking forward to trying more things from these guys. Good stuff, Maynard!
This review is specific to the food truck recently launched by El Moes. I just had it today at Art in the Park at Stephens Lake. I was so glad they were there. We had three bao buns and a Puerto Rican burrito with pork. Both were phenomenal. They never answer phone calls and even when they said they could answer the phone at a certain time they didn't pick up the phone on the time they said they could. They break promises. They say that they are too busy. Well if you are so busy, get more staff. My catering order would have made them over $120 dollars. Do they not want money?
