A nondescript yellow building just off Interstate Highway 35 houses El Milagro, a humble establishment where dedicated craftsmen press hundreds of corn and flour tortillas daily. There's never a weekend when you don't see a customer line snaking out the door, and all this long before the chef at the esteemed Oaxacan Tamaleo endorsed El Milagro's tortillas. The establishment also sells spices, herbs, dried chilies and cans of jalapeños. Warning: Shopping ta El Milagro will convert you from processed foods forever.
