Terrible. Advertise undercarriage cleaning and didnt even clean my undercarriage. When I ask how come they didnt clean it they said because its not working. I asked then why dont you remove undercarriage on the sign this is false advertising and asked for a partial refund and was denied. The only reason why I came to car wash was to get my undercarriage done and paid 16 dollars for nothing... definitely ripping people off and charging for something people are not getting.

Booked an appointment on the phone for a detailing and no one was there. Called multiple times and no answer. Would have been considerate for them to inform me ahead of time rather than me showing up to nothing.

I purchased a new SUV and took it for a full interior detailing. The truck was filthy and I was told it will take 4 hours to clean. I dropped it off Wednesday evening and told them I will pick it up Thursday evening. I was held over at work til Friday morning and I went to pick it up. I paid before looking at the job. You can see they cleaned but did a horrible. The carpet was still dirty and clearly spots that was never wiped on the seats and door panel. They said they will go over it again.
