I have been going here for over ten years. The food has been always mediocre but kept going due to convenience and asada fries are pretty dang good (only good thing). Recently I was double charged for my order. I called them three times over the last month and have just been told I will get a call back that never comes. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. Needless to say this is upsetting and I will not be going back. Tacos and Beer has much better food anyways.
Cashier was just rude. A lady with a piercing on her upper lip. My husband called in a chorizo burrito, add sausage and bacon. When I came to pick it up and pay the total was $21, and when I made a comment on the price it was because she charged me extra for the THREE meats. Whatever. I paid. Then she said “oh he accidentally did double bacon instead of chorizo, is that ok?” Uh no? lol. I wanted a chorizo burrito. So they remade it.
