our KitchenAid stove was not working properly, but the technician who came to fix it was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly, and his pricing was reasonable. We would use his services again in the future.✔️✔️
I was making a appointment I couldn't understand the gentleman And when I asked him what he said several times he got frustrated And rude. Not sure if thier repairmen are professional or not but thier customer service is terrible.
El Lago Appliance repair came out the next day after we called, diagnosed the problem with our ice machine right away, and installed the new part the next day. Andy, the technician, provided excellent service!!!
